f = derating factor = 0.8
Y = rated capacity of the PV = 280W
It = radiation incident on the surface per hour (kW/m^2), convert levels in below map to hours
Is = standard radiation = 1 kW/m^2
Vary number of arrays from 1 to 5 and solar intensity levels from 1/24 (low) to 5/24 (highest) kW/m^2.
Assume fixed cost for 1 array = $1000 and operating cost = 10$/year.
