Use 60kW wind turbines based on default Homer values and plot the electircal and reusable heat power curves. Assume a linear trend for electrical power output efficiency, where the
efficieny is 0.0 at 0 load and the maximum efficiency at full load is 0.2615. Assume a constant thermal efficiency of 0.4.
Plot the electrical output power based on microturbine load percentage.
Plot the electrical and thermal power output given a requested electrical power level.
Assume fixed cost for one 60 kW microturbine = $55000, operating cost = 0.6$/hour + cost of fuel.
cost of fuel = fuelCoefficient*naturalGasCost*outputPower
fuelCoefficient = 0.25 m^3/hr/(kw output)
