Boiler
Design rules based on Homer documentation.

The efficiency of the boiler is set to 0.85, with an unlimited capacity to meet any thermal load.

Assume the cost of natural gas is $0.5/m^3 (high assumption)
natural gas density = 0.79 kg/m^3
natural gas lower heat value = 45 (MJ/kg)
totalJoules = thermalLoad*3600/efficiency
massofFuel = totalJoules/lowHeatValue
volumeofGas = massofFuel/density
marginalCost = costNaturalGas*volumeNaturalGas

The below curve displays the hourly cost to supply a given load.
